We work primarily on restorations, custom furniture, and design work. We offer our replacement parts because we exclusively manufacture most of them and we want you to be able to execute the same high-quality, design-respecting, conservation-minded restorations we are known for.
Virtually all of our parts manufacturing, restoration, and upholstery work happens in our own shops. When you send us a piece of furniture we will be the exact people restoring it and you can be confident that we will know exactly what and how something has been investigated and repaired.
We have clients all over the world, and most people ship their furniture to us. We have special expertise from a lifetime of working on this stuff and we tend to handle very difficult work. We've especially developed a word of mouth reputation for being the best place to send an Eames Lounge, we've restored thousands upon thousands of these now residing in homes all over the world.
Our current lead times are typically much shorter, but we currently have an outside project so:
All orders placed after March 25th will ship in late April. We'll be processing and shipping orders in the order they're received so don't delay your purchase if you are okay with the lead time. We'll be shipping just as fast as we can at the end of April. We'll also be answering e-mails as fast as we can per usual during this outside project so feel free to message us with questions.
