For this restoration the owner wanted the new leather to perfectly match the original. This had been her father’s chair; it was close to her heart and she wanted it restored to match her memories. Restoring pieces to their original specs, right down to the materials and component parts is our specialty. This was a delight.

Torn up armrests and peeling panels on a lovely vintage Eames Time Life Chair. We made new armrests in leather that perfectly matches the original, and carefully cleaned and restored as much of the original leather to keep the soul of the chair, preserve it’s integrity, and maintain the highest possible value for the piece.

This restoration was a treat. This sling sofa came to us tattered and well loved. We restored it in suitcase grade buttery smooth Horoween leather, polished the chrome, and deep cleaned the rubber. The result is a gorgeous thing you just want to sit in a pet all day.

Three very sad wire chairs. Rust, broken wires, missing glides, messy old welds, screws and nuts rusted to frames…
We’ve given them a whole new life. Perfect welds, every broken wire repaired, aerospace grade powder coat, new glides, fabulous new Modern Conscience bikini pads.
Now it’s a truly lovely set.

This trio of Red Aniline Eames LCW Lounge Chairs arrived in a sad state. Brown house paint, chips, rips, drilled holes in the backrests and chunks torn out of the spine.
We did paint removal, extensive veneer work, perfect red aniline, chip repairs, and new shockmounts. Please notice the care we’ve taken to use as much of the original hardware as possible, use correct shockmounts, which accurately match the originals, and preserve the soul of each chair by ever so carefully keeping as much of the original aniline dye as possible.
This is now an impressive and valuable trio.
